Day One- Your stats
I will not weigh or measure myself this time around, because that is always the reason I fail- I lose the most weight when I avoid the numbers and scales. My friend’s french mother tells me that in Europe they avoid the scale too, and measure their weight loss only in how their clothes fit, and what sizes they feel comfortable in, so that is the direction I’m going in. Right now my clothes are tight, and they are all size L. I can only wear sports bras because my regular 36-C or 38-C bras are too tight around my chest. I feel uncomfortable when I sit down because of my stomach pudge that makes every pair of pants/shorts/sweats I wear feel tight. I can’t fit into size 3 jeans I bought 2 years ago- my size 7 jeans are too tight to wear. I fit well in my size 11 or size 13 jeans. Any button up shirts I wear are too tight because I have such a large upperbody. All my dresses that I used to feel pretty and special in are now too snug to look decent. Besides clothes, I am always tired, never feel pretty, and I cannot wear my hair out of my face because I think my face is so chubby. I can’t go running because I feel like I look gross and fat. I feel comfortable at the gym, but that’s because they have a secluded women’s area.
